So the last month or so I have been bulking and really seeing some great results. The problem is, I think i might have to do a short cutting phaze in order to keep the progress coming and stay slim. I want to get up there, but I just look in the mirror and don’t like when i get higher b.f. even if its still in the single digits. I’m tryin to keep the bulk clean and i haven’t been gaining too much fat but I just seem to not be as cut as i was before.
Anyone got anytips. I’m thinkin on trying like a week or so of a cut, but I don’t know if that will hurt my goals. I was also thinking on maybe trying carb cycling. Ideas????? Thanks for the input.

OK so I’m not gonna lie, I have no life. My days are either spent at work or at school. Between homework in my freetime and working out (both are musts!) I really don’t do anything, and it is kind of pathetic. So my dad asked me the other day if I wanted him to pick me up at my apt. to go out with the fam. on friday. Im going to go, but I seriosly almost said no, so I would be able to workout after work. I really gotta change my mindset, or working out is going to be the death of me lol.
Don’t party, and I don’t even go out on dates right now. Friends gettin mad at me bc I don’t hang out with them anymore that much. I’m just focusing on doing the best I can in school and that takes up all of my freetime. Besides that, it is a definite that i’m going to workout that day.
Anyways, just gotta learn to "go with the flow" so I don’t get stressed out if I don’t get to workout for a day. Just hard, when I’m actually starting to see some progress.
Eat clean, workout mean, and keep sexy lean. Keep on Pushin!!!

I’ve really been struggling lately with taking rest days. I know it is crucial to just have an active rest day instead of a hard workout, but its something that I really have difficulty with. A) I don’t get as good of a rest at night if I don’t workout. I just have too much energy left over. B) I don’t feel as good as I do on workout days. When I get those endorphines going it just takes me to another level. Instead of having seasonal depression, I think I get workout depression lol. Anyways, it is just something that I guess I have to work on.
