I’m doing the 12 set routine … 12 set each on the Flat, incline and decline benches …. also makin sure to do close grip, regular and wide grips on the bar. Also 12 sets of butterflys too. Might have to start out with a lighter weight and also try taken a couple of scoops of protein before and after workouts.

2hrs thats way too long, but thats just my opion, i have a lot of problems with my chest but lately discovered if i just used dumbbells and heavy 1’s it hits my chest better than the barbell work, plus pec deck is awesome for finishing

keep lifting, chest will come in do not worry. suprisingly I bet if you put less attention on it then it might even grow faster. just thinking you dont wanna overtrain cause then you wont grow so well

Consider the Rest/Pause method. I did it for a while with some good gains. It requires strict timing so have a watch. It can be pretty intense as the focus is to lift heavy.

2 hours is a lot–testosterone levels start to plummet after about an hour, hour fifteen. I’d say use dumbbells–better stretch, etc. Also, go too heavy and you’ll only get strength gains, rather than size gains. Stick with a rep range as close to…I’d say eight, as you can, and you should notice some gains.
Also, are you eating enough calories/protein/etc. to be gaining weight? You can work out all you want but without the fuel and the building blocks to build the muscle back up bigger and stronger, you’ll just be driving yourself into a wall.
