I tired of seeing all these people saying they can lift so many pounds in their exercises. All the ones i see in the videos are bull, cause check out their form. Their form is cheating, slinging weight up isnt being strong. Anyone can sling weight up, how bought you do the same weight with the correct form . All my workouts are with the best form and concentration on the muscle not how fast how much. Guess thats Why I’m seeing results in such little time.
