What I like about this video is that it shows an athlete training without a lot of weight. Doing exercises that will help him in his sport, rather than just exercises that will look impressive in the combine. Often, one of the hardest things to convince an athlete of is that sometimes it’s the form and choice of athletic exercises that will make them better on the field, rather than just a ton of weight. Sorry to all the bench and squat masters out there.
