Stagnant
Thursday, May 17th, 2007Okay, i´ve been training for just over a month now an have put on just over four pounds and I think i´ve lost some fat too, so i´m hoping that all the weight i´ve put on is good weight. I am however a little concerned that all the weight went on in the first three weeks and not much after that, is it normal to gain weight and size in spurts? I realize that if i´m burning fat at the same time as gaining muscle that my weight gains won´t be a true reflection of my progress, but it does give me a bit of a kick in the teeth when i´ve been working my ass off in the gym for two weeks, then weigh myself and find no change, not a single damned ounce! Does this sounds familiar? or normal? Any comments would be much appreciated, Fogg.
