So I have a serious problem. I know how to manipulate my body fairly easily to achieve certain results; however, I am perplexed about how to accomplish the task of maintaining my size while at the same time losing bodyfat. Here is my situation:

I started eating clean and supplementing again 17 days ago at a beginning weight of 192. Now only 17 days later with minimal cardio (weekend flag football) I have already lost 6lbs and I’m afraid I’ll continue to drop weight. My goal is to be anywhere from 185-190lbs with 7% bodyfat (preferably 190lbs). So obviously I’m not taking in enough calories (although I eat every 2 hours - protein source, and usually rice and peas). However, how should I approach the problem is my concern. Should I take a weight gainer (ie. CytoGainer? N-Large2?) along with NO-Xplode and Muscle Milk? Or should I increase my cheat meals from 1 per week to may 2 - 3 a week or maybe even one per day to ensure I get the necessary calories. I have considered both ways and am extremely unsure of what I should do in attempting to accomplish my goal. I would greatly appreciate any advice ANYONE WITH EXPERIENCE can provide. Im sure the obvious thing would be to take a weight gainer; however, would I still be able to achieve the leanness I am looking for as well? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, one more thing, should I wait a little longer to assess how much weight I will lose or should I just start taking the weight gainer now to cut the substantial weight loss off before it gets to the extreme (ie. around 175-180). THANKS!!!

So I been thinking….if flavor flav can get 20 somewhat attractive females to compete for his affections on national tv why can’t I? I seem to be a reasonably good looking young man. I have a lot more upside than flavor flav I’m sure as well. Im 24, no kids, a business owner, owns 2 homes, and am going start working on my Masters of Business Administration from SMU in August. So with that being said, I’d like to propose a Flavor of Bodyspace contest where I choose a woman from bodyspace.com to be my “one and only true love” (LOL). So all you beautiful women of bodyspace.com (and there are oh so many) feel free to message, comment, or anything else you deem appropriate to enter the contest. If u feel I am purely an idiot feel free to post that too! . I need feedback people! After all, I cant make this work all by myself! LOL
