I've started to work out again. I always get a good start and then let it fade away. My immediate goal is to work out 3 times a week. I am focused on achieving that goal so I can continue to work out and make it lifestyle change for myself.
I've been running 2 miles a day starting last week. I've also been using P90X-Abs routine for my ab workout. I like this particular video a lot. It's tough and I feel like I accomplish something when I finish it.
