So this has been my first weeek back in the gym since I caught a wicked-bad flu about 2 weeks ago. It always sucks coming back after a few weeks, but I absolutly love working out. I am currently searching to join a new gym, so if anyone lives near me, please feel free to give input about the gym(s) you attend. Thanks,

It seems to be that every weekend i catch a cold or something. It really sucks because I missed my workout today because of my cold. Meh, its better to take some time off than to get hurt. Once I get back into the gym I think I’m going to change up my routine a little bit. Thats all for now,

Today, I hit my goal of being able to bench 200lbs before the end of the school year. Although school is finished tomorrow, I am so enthusiastic and pumped to keep on going. I am finally able to notice some change in my body and am lifting higher weight values. Thats it,

Today I had an awesome workout. I broke some of my personal bests and am now benching 185lbs. I’m nice and sore now, but thats what the weekends for. Thinkin’ about doin’ some cardio tomorrow, but I friggen hate it so much. Thats the price you have to pay to get fit though. Its all worth it when I have days like this though.

So anyways, i just got back from spring break in florida. i checked out the gym at the hotel on the net and it seemed awesome. however, when i first got down there, it turned out to be the worst gym ever. they didn’t have any freeweights or barbells, just a tredmill, and elliptical, and a bowflex-like machine. it sucked balls. i ended up takin the week off, drinkin beer and relaxin. i found out the last day that we were in florida that there was a Golds Gym right down the street. nonetheless, it was a sweet geataway.now i’m back at the gym tryin to lose my spring break meat. so far so good.

So i pulled my shoulder last Thursday and its still killin’. I took all last week off, but I’m achin’ to get back in the gym. I think I’m going to hit it up today, as it feels somewhat better today. Well, thats it for now.

Well, this is my first blog on here, so it should be quite boring. I’m a smaller boy with a need to get bigger. Throughout highschool i wrestled and was quite horrible at first. However, I stuck to it and by my grade 11 year, I was placeing first at all my meets. My final year I ended up getting 7th place in the province in the 64kg weight class. I don’t have time to practice anymore with school and all, but once I’m done at Conestoga College in April I want to try boxing. I think I’ll suck, but hopefully I can pull my act together and not get thrown into the E.R. Well, thats it for now, any questions message me. I know I’m pretty boring so help me get fit and shit.
