Ok so I went to the gym, did my arms although I was a total vagina. My curls dropped down 80 lbs. Although, I did go at a speed of 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down with my scapula retracted the entire time. It gonna take a while to get back but I didn’t feel any pain. I just hope tomorrow I don’t have shoulder pain. Slowly but surely.

Well no upper body. Did legs today all machine work very light weight. felt good but weak. Took a full month off from any exercise. Been almost 3 months since doing upper body.

So I am still not exercising due to a rotator tear. Hopefully I can be back by July.
I will start doing legs again this week though. Really Excited!!!!!
