1st session down diet day 3
Well have been on my PT’s diet for three days now, feels great although I am craving sugar a bit and do I miss milk oh boy do I ! but its all for the best I am sure, I cant not follow the diet and complain I havent got results so I am following it to the letter, lost of chicken, beef and Tuna/fish throw in lots of greens and protein shakes and that abut describes it, not alot of simple pleasures at all ! fruit is the best part, which isnt so bad as I love fruit.
Had our first session on Monday, chest, the PT promised to push me and he did, I worked to total failure, then we worked some more on abs just to make sure I was spent, an hour later I felt great, still pumped up and feeling on top of the world, obviously where the diet kicks in !
So too early for weigh ins and the like yet but arms tomorrow and the next two days will be legs and shoulders before another rest day then back, and that will be week 1 down, with 4 to go, I am looking forward to watching the progress to see what I can achieve before the summer really hits, wish me luck and hope my PT doesnt kill me hahaha
