Well got through my program, went well, gained some muscle and was eating right, then an injury doing something outside of the gym ! now I am out for two months ! its been two weeks and I can already see how much muscle I have lost, all that hard work for nothing, I am so frustrated I think I am going to just chuck it in and give up, whats the point of working hard if your body fails you ??? I am over it, hate to be a quitter but what choice is there, I cant work out so I just have to sit back and watch myself waste away and then what work hard just to get back to where I was let alone make any gains, very depressing !

Well have been on my PT’s diet for three days now, feels great although I am craving sugar a bit and do I miss milk oh boy do I ! but its all for the best I am sure, I cant not follow the diet and complain I havent got results so I am following it to the letter, lost of chicken, beef and Tuna/fish throw in lots of greens and protein shakes and that abut describes it, not alot of simple pleasures at all ! fruit is the best part, which isnt so bad as I love fruit.
Had our first session on Monday, chest, the PT promised to push me and he did, I worked to total failure, then we worked some more on abs just to make sure I was spent, an hour later I felt great, still pumped up and feeling on top of the world, obviously where the diet kicks in !
So too early for weigh ins and the like yet but arms tomorrow and the next two days will be legs and shoulders before another rest day then back, and that will be week 1 down, with 4 to go, I am looking forward to watching the progress to see what I can achieve before the summer really hits, wish me luck and hope my PT doesnt kill me hahaha

OK, so I am at a total plateau, cant gain can’t lift bigger and its getting frustrating, so I have decided to for the next 5 or so weeks to get a PT who specialises in building ean muscle and fast, he comes highly recommended and I have seen his results at the gym, I am pumped ! I am off to meet with him this moring for my body assessment, diet plan and workout regime, I am going to give it my absolute 100% dedication for the period of the training, I am alos going to document my progress on here on my blog and in my body stats, hopefully every couple of days ( time permitting ) he has garaunteed I will see noticable muscle gains in 2 weeks and that I should put on around 6 kgs in the training period ( 20 sessions or 5 weeks ) so that would see me get to a weight of around 93 kgs, my goal was 90Kg ripped.
So for all those hard gainers out there keep an eye on this, is it worth getting a PT to push you through the plateau ? what is a good diet plan for gaining lean muscle fast ?
I should note that I have already added about 10kg over the last 18 months doing it as best I could reading article and following advice so this will be genuinely telling ! wish me luck.

What a difference it makes having someone to push you during your workouts ! I have made such little gains over the last two months while my training partner has been away and had the first session last night with him pushing me, I feel like I made more progress in 1 hr than what I had made for that previous two months ! All my weights went up, all my reps went up and this morning I feel genuin fatigue !
With 9 weeks until summer I now feel like I can achieve my goals and hit the beach smiling ! Just got to focus on my diet, the start of the warm weather is very motivational though, and the number of people in the gym has increased massively, Summer is coming, yippeeeee

Just got a denial from joining a body group for skinny guys trying to add bulk, man oh man I can’t believe it ! Not sure if I should take it as a compliment or a slap in the face, talk about going against everything the community here is all about, I was extremely thin and still am thin with another 10kgs to add, I am "in my opinion" the worlds hardest gainer" and I bust my butt to add weight, I thought I could offer something to the group and gain something, this is by no means a shot at the group administrator he has his criteria and thats cool, he says I am not thin, hahaha, anyway, thats my bit, as I said not a dig just wanted to get it off my little chest, maybe I will join the huge mega big mans group hahaha, I think not, I am sure there is a group for me out there to help me keep motivated and maybe let me pass on some of the things I have learnt, to anyone in the skinny guys group best of luck to all of you, I know the road you travel well, I am still on it.

I lost some weight the last two weeks, very disapointing, I am so frustrated with myself but how the hell do you eat when your day is so full of work, the last two weeks I think I missed about 10 meals, not just inbetween meals but lunch too, I often go from Breakfast at 7am to 3pm before I get a chance to eat, there must be others in the same situation with work commitments that don’t allow you to eat 6 times a day everyday, what do you do ? I am at the point where I am thinking why work out at all, all I am doing is building muscle for my body to consume for energy, I would probably gain more by sitting on my bum and watching sports !

Well its still winter here but today it was a gorgeous sunny 23 deg C, almost like spring, so as per usual I went down to the gym, aiming for the quiet time just before 4pm, but to my surprise it was packed to the rafters ! who were all these people ? I recognised the regulars but there were so many people I had never seen before, now I am not going to discourage anyone for making a lifestyle change, I am new to the road myself but what makes me laugh is the fact that the first sunny day we have the lycra comes out and the sand shoes get dusted off, where wree these people last week when it was freezing cold and raining ?, rain is forecast next week, I wonder if they will be out again ?
Aside from that had a great chest and tri’s session, flat bumbell press x 3 sets Incline bench x3 sets decline bench x 3 sets on smith, tri pull downs on bar, tri pullovers with rope and tri dips all x 4 sets of 8reps 10reps 8reps finished off with 3 x 5 wide grip pull ups to stretch out. ( did a bit of core to warm up curls, leg raise and that kettle bell thing, twists or somthing haha, hate those !

Had an awesome Bi’s workout last night, so many lifts heavier than ever before and topped it off with chinups, seems my arms may never lift again ! I love it, now back to the gym and go again ! Arrrrrgh !
