3-15-08 The day I lost my mom…
One year ago today my mom past away after suffering a stroke. I still remember the time 6:54 when we got the news from the doctor. My mom ment a lot to me and still does and forever will…I will always regret that I was unwilling to put aside our ongoing stupid beef to attempt to make amends with her. I always tell people now….you never know if you gonna get a chance to apologize….
Mom, I love you and I know you are still watching out for me! I’m always watching out for you…

Jeff, I am so sorry to hear this. But like you say she is always looking over you even now that she is no longer here and she must know how you feel. My thoughts are with you.

Five-O, i am a mother as well and I no what it is like knowing that your child refuse to acept, something about his mother. I have three young men. All thought I was the worst mom around. But I knew I could not give in to my boys. I was a single mom. We had our good days and we had our bad days. Many days I was alone because of many tings that was going on. But it all paid off in the end. It brought tears to my eyes when my boys called me one at a time just to tell me that they really appreciate having me as their mom. This is where the relief comes in. Just hearing those words from your children means great deal. Then they start all over being the boys I raised. So in other words it was back to the drawing board again. 5-O, somewhere down the line you told your mother how much you appreciates her. An yes! you return to being your same old stuburn self. Trust me when I say this. She heard you the first time. I am just a living witness of it. We know that boys will truly always be boys. Love you sweetie.
