Bod Pod test….

Today in my ACE study course we had a guy bring in the Pod Bod for testing people body composition…I know I wasn’t going to be happing with the results, but I decided to get a better more acurate picture on where I was with my weight. I weighed in at 251.4 (which I was happy with) but tipped the bodyfat % at 32.9….WOW….what an eye opener.

I still have an incredibly long way to go to get where I need to be…..

Since March 1st I have changed my approach to my diet. I am consuming way less protein…eating much smaller meals….and have completely cut out energy drinks… this has helped me lose 9 lbs in 12 days….I know I must continue following this path for every if I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle…

    Why are you consuming less protein? the energy drinks I can understand since they’re full of sugar and empty calories. But I thought a minimum of 1g of protein per pound of body weight was the minimum when lifting?

    I wouldn’t recommend cutting back on protein.
    no matter what you take out of your diet, always leave the protein. (low fat, low carb, NEVER low protein).

    You should be consuming .7-2 grams per pound of body weight EVERY DAY! (even diet days) .

    just my thoughts.
