Protecting my nipples….
Okay….this is a serious question….My trainer has me doing at least 1 hour of cardio six days a week to kick into gear my fat losing….I’ve been on this schedule a week now and have learned 2 things….
1) You cannot wear loose underwear to the gym…I paid the price the other day after lifting for over and hour and then doing my cardio….can you say pain??????
2) Now to my question…..After my first 30 minutes of cardio my shirt is drenched….and by the time I am done my nipples have been rubbed raw by my wet t-shirt….WTF? What can I do? My nipples are like a fine tuned musical instrument and I need them in perfect shape cause when they hurt….throw on a bullet proof vest and my work days are a living hell….
Any suggestions?

Sounds like you are going to have to go shopping and wear a tighter shirt or at least one under your current one. Might be hotter…
