They say PAIN….
…is a weakness leaving the body….well if thats true my legs are going to be super STRONG after my workout yesterday…Here it is almost 12 hours later and my quads are still pumped..For the people who follow my blog know that yesterday was my first workout with a personal trainer. I was so excited for this workout…
After warming up for 15 minutes we started with leg extentions and I learned very quickly that my trainer likes to do negatives….all I have to say is ouch…she only allowed me 30 seconds of rest between sets and by 30 minutes into the hour long session I was asking for a bucket…I spent the remaining 30 minutes not trying to blow chunks in front of the crowded gym while continuing to push through the workout…
I finished with another 20 minutes of cardio…..it was worth every penny….I can’t wait for the next one on tuesday….hopefully I will be able to walk….lol

Woohoo sounds like a great workout. Glad your feeling it. I love to do drop sets when it comes to working my legs. I always feel them for days afterwards.

Haha!! Leg days always sucks bro. It probably don’t help knowing what you may have to do at work. Same problem here but I get the guys after you so if I end up walking funny for a day its really bad. HAHAHA!!
