Cross body cable curls 10 (12) 4 sets
Hammer DB Curls 35 (10) 4 sets
Hammerstrength incline chest (plate loaded) 180 (15) 270 (8/8/7)
Incline maching press 70 (3 sets to failure)
Ran out of time for cardio…poor excuse but I was on a time schedule and had to pick up the kids…Working another overtime detail this evening at the local TGI Fridays….
Again tomorrow is a rest day…weds in triceps/back
