Working midnight shift is not like it used to be…I have been off of the midnight shift since 02 and can remember being able to sleep during the day like a vampire, but now I find the light keeps me awake…need to paint the windows black…lol….I’m sure the wife would go for that one…
Woke up around 2 pm and hit the gym….I currently train at the Golds Gym in Laurel and when I got to the gym the one piece of equipment I need to train hard…..my ipod….was dead. WTF? This might have not been so bad if Golds music channel actually played good music…add the fact that you can barely hear it makes it even worse..
On to the workout….
Today was chest/triceps…I did incline smith machine press today for my first movement. I try to rotate the first exercise each workout. I did 5 different exercises for chest today. Also after some late night reading at 7-11 last night I decided to try a vary my cable movements by raising and lowering the cables with each set. I loved this…my chest was pumped after the workout…I will def use this tech again. I did 27 minutes of cardio later in the evening at my home gym…however I did not do my 2 exercises for triceps..ran out of time before I had to pick my daughter up from daycare…
Tomorrow is back/biceps/abs…..until then…
