March 30th
Sunday, March 30th, 2008Today is an example of where my work schedule gets in the way of being heathly. I am off of work tonight, but have to be at the training academy monday morning at 8 am. So that means I could sleep for very long so that I would be able to sleep tonight. So, after working all night I slept for about 2 1/2 hours….I woke up feeling like crap and not motivated at all…..and paid the price for it at the gym…
I hit the gym about 430 and had a lack luster workout….I lifted great, but didnt do any cardio or abs…granted I had done 6 days straight of cardio, but as fat as I am I have got to pick up the pace….
My plan is to get up and do cardio and abs before I leave for the academy….wish me luck.
