Well I was suppose to start this program last week but some unexpected things came up so I had to put it off til today but I am ready to start it now and looking forward to seeing some major changes. I already have my workouts prepared along with my log sheets and all the right stuff for my diet….Lets do this!! Day 1 starts NOW!!

I would like to start keeping track of my body fat, I am asking for some opinions on what is the best kind of body fat testers out there to buy and keep track of ones body fat? I have heard that the scales are not so accurate so are the handhelds better? And when is the best time to test your body fat?

Well I finally hit the 150 mark on the scale, I am soooo happy about that, I took the advice of several of you and changed up my diet and workout and it seems to have done the trick, now I just need to remember to keep changing it up every couple weeks.

Wow got up early this morning and took my dog, went to the park and ran 2.5 miles. It amazes me how funny some people are, I ran the park track 3 times around and each time I passed these 2 ladies standing by there car talking, now if they had just started walking while talking they could have gotten at least another 1-1.5 miles in but nope just standing there talking, crazy people!!!!
Anyways, I am really feeling motivated these days, I changed up my diet a little and I am changing up my workouts in hopes to drop the rest of my desired weight loss and to tone up more. I already saw a drop of 1 lb this week and I am hoping to loose at least another 2-3 by next week for our trip to the colorado river and then I will take some more progress pics and post them.

Ok I just don’t understand how you can be so good about working out consitently and eating right 95% of the time and still be stuck at the same weight, I don’t ever think I am going to get under the 150lb mark.
Goal for this week: change up the routine a little, and eat clean 100% for the week. Lets see where this takes me!!!!! Thinking Positive Thoughts…….:-)
