Great videos Liz! How much weight are you curling in the first? It looks heavy! I have started to lift heavy, especially my legs and LOVE it! Girls like you are inspiration because you look so fit and strong but do NOT look like a bodybuilder - ie, you still look so sexy! I am curious how men react? As I have got more fit, some have liked it and some haven’t. I’ve started to date a guy who works a lot and doesn’t have time for the gym and we just found out I am way stronger than him in many ways, especially legs. The funny thing is, rather than be scared, he thought it was a huge turn on. Still, I got hesitant to lift more weight with my upper body — that’s my tieback to your biceps video and my question. Anyway, I’d love your thoughts and thanks for the videos!! - GINA C

Hi Gina! And thank you so much for your kind comments on my videos, I really appreciate it you know
Well, I usually lay down to curl because my back starts hurting a bit when I put on a certain amount of weights standing. In the first part I’m curling 35 kilos with 10-12 reps (with 40 kg I can’t do so many reps as I wanted on the video..yet
) It is also important to hold the torso really steady during this exercise.
Like you I started to date a man that did not exercise or anything, but now he does work out just to keep a bit in shape 3 times a week..an likes it too. He fortunately likes my body both on and off diet…but actually prefer when I’m not on a diet, says that a bottom without some fat is not as sexy as a well shaped bouffant bottom ha..ha .and I of course love him for that
Good to hear that your man really like that you are fit and strong…sounds like a great guy to keep
and don’t be afraid to workout your upper body too..try out new exercises that feels good for you. Have a wonderful day Gina!
