Changes over The Weekend…
Tuesday, May 13th, 2008So my body fat % has dropped a little bit more.. which is great! I was told for the first time in my entire life that my Legs were too small!! That was a complete shock! So the workout plans & diet will be changing here this week… I’ll be incorporating more leg work again and trying to bring my weight back up. (higher than it’s been in a while… up to 165… while keeping my body fat where it is or lower. Shouldn’t be too bad, but I’ve got to cut out some of my cardio ( i can’t complain there!!!) lol… I’m 18 weeks out, so Here We Go!
