So my body fat % has dropped a little bit more.. which is great! I was told for the first time in my entire life that my Legs were too small!! That was a complete shock! So the workout plans & diet will be changing here this week… I’ll be incorporating more leg work again and trying to bring my weight back up. (higher than it’s been in a while… up to 165… while keeping my body fat where it is or lower. Shouldn’t be too bad, but I’ve got to cut out some of my cardio ( i can’t complain there!!!) lol… I’m 18 weeks out, so Here We Go!

I’ve been incorporating Yoga for the past few weeks and really enjoying it… I’ve got a challenging instructor and it is pushing my body in new ways (not to mention I’m really enjoying the relaxation & stretching!).

I have found that I am addicted to the jump rope! 5 x week I have been jumping rope for 30-40 min… It is actually the only cardio that I am enjoying right now! My workouts have been going well. Still lifting heavy and making increases every week & loving it! This week I have been training 2 x Day.. surprisingly not bad.
