Changes over The Weekend…

So my body fat % has dropped a little bit more.. which is great! I was told for the first time in my entire life that my Legs were too small!! That was a complete shock! So the workout plans & diet will be changing here this week… I’ll be incorporating more leg work again and trying to bring my weight back up. (higher than it’s been in a while… up to 165… while keeping my body fat where it is or lower. Shouldn’t be too bad, but I’ve got to cut out some of my cardio ( i can’t complain there!!!) lol… I’m 18 weeks out, so Here We Go!

Bicep Buddy Curl 2x 40 (@40lbs,30lbs)

Incline Curl 3x 15-20

Preacher Curl 3x 15-20

Tricep Bench Dip 3x 10-20

Rope Press Down 3x 6-20

Overhead Ext. 3 x 20

Cardio: (1 min Jump Rope, Sprint, Bench jump 26reps)x 10
Tues: 1 hr Yoga

Cardio: 20 min continuous Jump Rope

Legs: bb squat w. bb crawl 3×12

Leg Press 4x 20

Leg Ext. w/ jump squat 3 x 15, 10

RDL’s 3 x 15

Lying Ham Curl w/ bench jump 3 x 15, 12

Wed:    Cardio 2 hrs

Thurs:    Chest:

Incline PRess 4 x 10-12

Incline Fly 3 x 15

Bench Press 4 x 8-10

Pec Dec 3 x 15

Decline db press 3 x 15

Fri: Back:    1 arm row 4 x 6-8

wide grip pull down 4 x 12

Seated row 3x 12

High row 4 x 6-10

Pull up (assisted) 3 x 10

Sat: Shoulders:

Overhead press 3 x 10

Front Raise 4x 8-10

Lat Raise 4x 10

Upright row 4 x 8-10

combo (alternate, together, arnold) 4 x 10, 10. 10

Rope Rear delt 4 x 12

Machine rear delt 5 x 12
 Sunday: 1 hr Yoga

New Challenge

I’ve been incorporating Yoga for the past few weeks and really enjoying it… I’ve got a challenging instructor and it is pushing my body in new ways (not to mention I’m really enjoying the relaxation & stretching!).

My new Love!

I have found that I am addicted to the jump rope! 5 x week I have been jumping rope for 30-40 min… It is actually the only cardio that I am enjoying right now! My workouts have been going well. Still lifting heavy and making increases every week & loving it! This week I have been training 2 x Day.. surprisingly not bad.
