I trained back today and I saw my hamstrings are coming in well. I&#8217;ve been able to watch my diet more efficiently now that I&#8217;m home. I&#8217;ve been taking in a lot more protein these last couple of days. [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is May 10th, Mother&#8217;s day&#8230;I&#8217;ve been home for about 3 days and I&#8217;m back training hard. I will see my coach this week to see how my progress is and see what else I need to touch before June 27th. God is Good!!!!
