7 Weeks out From VA Gran Prix….
It is May 10th, Mother’s day…I’ve been home for about 3 days and I’m back training hard. I trained back today and I saw my hamstrings are coming in well. I’ve been able to watch my diet more efficiently now that I’m home. I’ve been taking in a lot more protein these last couple of days. I’m so ready for this contest. I will see my coach this week to see how my progress is and see what else I need to touch before June 27th. God is Good!!!!
