It is May 10th, Mother’s day…I’ve been home for about 3 days and I’m back training hard. I trained back today and I saw my hamstrings are coming in well. I’ve been able to watch my diet more efficiently now that I’m home. I’ve been taking in a lot more protein these last couple of days. I’m so ready for this contest. I will see my coach this week to see how my progress is and see what else I need to touch before June 27th. God is Good!!!!

It’s going to be a long journey but with my new coach, my family, and most importantly God I know I will make it. I’m preparing myself for what is before me now. For the next 12 weeks, this contest is all that matters. Focus, focus, dedication, prayer, you name it.

I also do cardio in the morning 5-6 days week before breakfast.
