Rrrrrrrr…….What the…..

Man this morning workout blew a big fat one. I dont know what my prob was but I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed…jumped on my menstrual cycle and was going to run anyones Ass over that crossed me wrong…lol. Man I felt B**chy.  I only got half of my workout done and jumped on the eliptical. I have to say that by the time I was done with my cardio… I was calm and felt so much better…. Ahhhhhhhh….now it’s all good. Hehehehe
