Tuesday…Legs

Damn My workout went well this morning. My legs were like freakin lemon lime jello this morning…my fav. I upped my wts on my leg ext and ham curls…whaooo…for me huh. after all was said and done I tried to do a little tumbling…which I have to say didnt workout so well do to the fact that my legs were so done that I could barely jump…. you would think that I would have realized that before I tried…lol. Its all good thou. No cardio this morning but will get on that one tomorrow.

They think they are super heros…..

Well here is my little story….. Sunday my mom decided to do a little snow boarding with my 8 year old son. Well let just say now she is laid up with an ankle that is broke in 3 different places the doc said and is now having surgery on xmas eve. I swear that grandparent think they need to keep up with the kids….lol. It doesn’t help that my son thinks that she is just a big play toy. Those two do everything together. She is now staying with us… its funny thou it like having another kid in the house cause she really cant do to much on her own right now. Sense the time we got home from the hospital last night she has passed out 3 times twice last night and once this morning while we were standing in the kitchen making her something to eat. So any who lets just say that my hubby and I are taking turns baby sitting her till she decides to stop passing out so much….lol. This really has nothing to do with working out except maybe the fact that my morning workout time is cut short do to the fact that I have to make it into work early enough to take care of her and still have time to get mine done…hehehe. you gots ta do what you gots ta do…huh.

Ok.. little venting here. You know I like a clean gym to workout in. Who doesnt right….but for future reference to have a clean gym you gots ta put you sh** back. What is it with the individuals that dont have enough respect for there gym and the others around them to rerack your weights and pick up your bottles and trash. On several different occasions I find that between my sets I will pick up things that others have left laying around. Now Im sure that once or twice I have probably left something where it shouldnt have but I make a point to put back what I have used. The gym is like your home…. no one likes to live in a filthy place so why would you want to workout in one. Do yourself and other a favor and clean up after yourself.

Hehehe… I just got back from a cold morning run with snow on the ground and everything. I checked the temp outside and it is a freakin cold 13 degrees…lol. Felt warmer thou… could be cause I was all bundled up but it really did feel great. I think I will do it again tomorrow morning to. Man I cant wait…lol…….. Anyone up for joining me….Na didnt think so.

I dont know if it was that it is the end of the week and maybe my body is just a little tired or what but I really didnt get anything out of the Animal Pump. I am a little disappointed. Maybe it just isnt for me… just sucks cause I just bought it and now I have a product that I just dont feel does the job. Im bummed…… Maybe I will just by another thing of superpump and go back to that. Anyone have anyother suggestions for me?

LOL… man was I right about being really sore this morning or what. I luv it but….. Damn. Anyways I got my Animal pump yesterday and am going to try it this morning. Hope I like it just as much as I like my superpump. I just felt like I wanted a change… Ill def go back to superpump thou. Just needed somethin new. Well I am off to get ready for the gym.

New Goal

Well… I have a new goal for myself. I know this may make me sound like a weekling but my goal is to be able to do pull-ups. I considered myself to be a pretty strong person but I am seriously rethinking that now. I feel like a dumb ass not being strong enough to pull my fat ass up to the bar…lol just kidding .  Thats alright though… I am working on it now and will continue to till I succeed. I am determined to be able to do these damn things…lol. I really am excited about it….. I cant wait till I am able to wip out a set of those suckers with no prob…lol.

Anyways My workout went well this morning. I worked back and bi’s today and afterwards did some tumbling in the aerobics room. I felt pretty good afterwards but know I am going to be sore tomorrow…lol. Got ta love it…….

I would like to give many thanks to the people at BB.com. This year for Christmas the ladies and I at my work place put together several boxes to send to the troops in Iraq. I contacted BB.com for a little support and with no questions asked they donated a ton of stuff to send over there. Every day the troops  put there lifes on the line for us and far to often it goes unseen. I only wish there was more we could have done. They deserve it and so much more. Marry Christmas to all the troop and you are in our thoughts…Thanks
