Took first set of new pictures in a while. Its so good to see yourself from a different angle. The misses has got me spinning with her twice a week. Its definitely a great addition to my normal LIFT TO BURST a blood vessel approach. **THX ma** I love the sound of the weights clankin around and I fein for the sound and the rush but I know/knew I needed to get some extra cardio in my life. Now if I can only get to seeing the 6 pack I once owned.
