			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 3 of Test Dehydration and Carb Cutting.  Woweee!  Looking good!  Very inspiring!  I&#8217;m twisted my mind&#8217;s interpretation of the hunger signal.  It&#8217;s a good thing. Nothing to freak out about or react to.  It simply means that in a brief period it will be time to eat a little something.  My trainer reminded me that the days of a full tummy are behind me (as it were).  I will be eating enough to prevent my body from snacking on my muscles, but not a heck of a lot more.  That&#8217;s cool, cuz what happens is nothing shy of amazing.  I have parts I&#8217;ve just seen in photographs in magazines.  Also learning gum is actually not my friend.  It triggers more hunger than it staves.  Good to know.  I&#8217;ll take some pictures Saturday to post.  I&#8217;ll add a little progress report.  Remember, I&#8217;m really 23 days out.  Much much more to transform.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Work work work.&nbsp; If I&#8217;d known then (November) how much of a physical commitment I was about to make, I don&#8217;t know if I would have ever begun this journey.&nbsp; The closer I am to last week&#8217;s goal for today, the further away is next month&#8217;s goal.&nbsp; Translation:&nbsp; I&#8217;m achieving my goals but everyday I see how much further I could and want to go.&nbsp; This is almost exponential.&nbsp; Definitely existential!&nbsp; Women will ask if I &quot;workout&quot; or jog.&nbsp; They have no idea that it takes 2 hours in the gym almost everyday to look like I do.&nbsp; Not to mention how clean my diet is without fail.&nbsp; I follow the strict dictates of a phenomenal trainer.&nbsp; I am morphing into a butterfly.&nbsp; It&#8217;s been a beautiful journey.&nbsp; I&#8217;m very much still a chrysalis.
