Welcome!
Work work work. If I’d known then (November) how much of a physical commitment I was about to make, I don’t know if I would have ever begun this journey. The closer I am to last week’s goal for today, the further away is next month’s goal. Translation: I’m achieving my goals but everyday I see how much further I could and want to go. This is almost exponential. Definitely existential! Women will ask if I "workout" or jog. They have no idea that it takes 2 hours in the gym almost everyday to look like I do. Not to mention how clean my diet is without fail. I follow the strict dictates of a phenomenal trainer. I am morphing into a butterfly. It’s been a beautiful journey. I’m very much still a chrysalis.

Ms, Easter Bunny. Nobody knows what your going through unless they have done it themselves. I did what you did for the first time last year and got up onstage and achieved my goals. One week later I did it again. The main focus is you are doing it for yourself and you will know when you are ready. If you are a nurse as you say, you know what tough is. This isn’t any easier and only gets tougher as it gets closer. This sport takes a rare person to diet, train and perform onstage on no carbs, little or no water and hunger. You will do well. It’s in your heart and in your eyes. Lloyd
