Article: Add Some Flexibility to Your Routine: Try Yoga!

The benefits of yoga are numerous and it’s easy to get started. Neither special skills nor special equipment are required, and you can do yoga in a group gym setting or in the living room of your house. But for those of you who still haven’t tried it and are dying to, here’s an easy routine to get you started.
