My Day
So today was crazy professional and personally . . . but I ate so clean today (except my HUGE coffee with a bit of skim milk and splenda at 4pm . . . I was beyond exhaustion:-). My day was full of egg whites, tuna, protein shakes! I did pretty d**m good if I do say so myself! Plus I did legs today . . . hoping I feel my hard work in the am . . . cuz if not, I know I need to push harder!:

Standing Calf Machine
As you can see only one superset . . . mostly straight sets . . . I’m trying something new for the rest of this month to try and shock my body! Anywho . . . I realized I’m even more emotional than I realized (and I didn’t know that was humanly possible) . . . oh well, gotta work on that! So tomorrow I have a break from strength training which I think I need right now . . . but lots and lots and lots and lots of cardio! No punkin out . . . heart rate no lower than 140 each cardio session! Plus coaching tomorrow night! Lots of lifting, throwing, and stretching bodies:-) Smooches everyone! And if I’m blessed with another day tomorrow . . . I’m gonna live it to the fullest, represent the One, and smile more than today! Smooches!
