SO . . . I’m starting to wonder if I’m a little crazy! EMotional . . .  yes, high maintenance . . . yes, genius (smile) . . . yes, crazy . . . maybe a yes!

So things have been pretty stressful lately, between a little one who has been sick for a month now (yes a month), 3 jobs, a crazy family, and others who aren’t what or who I thought they were . . . it’s been C. R. A. Z.Y. I was about to leave they gym (where I  train most of my clients) when a ran into my workout partner (I had two but the other is now unavailable), who is another trainer there at the gym. I was so about to change clothes and get all extra cute and fly and go get another tatt! THen she was like let’s work out . . .DAMN, but we went and warmed-up on the stairmaster for 10 minutes and then . . . I KILLED IT! Workout is as follows:

1 arm rows, 30 lb DB, 20 reps each side

Straight arm lat pulls, red resistance band, 15 reps

Smith Machine Pull-ups, BW, 15 reps

EZ bar curl, bar + 10/10lbs, 20 reps

Alt. Hammer curls,  25 lbs, 25-30 reps

Complete 6 times circuit style!

Now I feel great, just finished the workout about 15 minutes ago . . . there are veins showing in my arms:-), my biceps are nice and pumped:-) and I’m still about to put on my purple racerback top (that shows off my arms and traps (and boobs:-) and go get my new tatt! So excited . . . still annoyed with life, but i feel a bit better and pretty damn good about myself because inspite of life, I did what I needed to do! Thanks for reading everyone! Smooches! My Day

So today was crazy professional and personally . . . but I ate so clean today (except my HUGE coffee with a bit of skim milk and splenda at 4pm . . .  I was beyond exhaustion:-). My day was full of egg whites, tuna, protein shakes! I did pretty d**m good if I do say so myself! Plus I did legs today . . . hoping I feel my hard work in the am . . . cuz if not, I know I  need to push harder!:

Step ups

Single Smith Machine Leg Press

Superset - Romanian Deadlifts and Squatting Toe Raises

BOSU Weighted Hip Thrust

Standing Calf Machine

 

As you can see only one superset . . . mostly straight sets . . . I’m trying something new for the rest of this month to try and shock my body! Anywho . . . I realized I’m even more emotional than I realized (and I didn’t know that was humanly possible) . . . oh well, gotta work on that! So tomorrow I have a break from strength training which I think I need right now . . . but lots and lots and lots and lots of cardio! No punkin out . . . heart rate no lower than 140 each cardio session! Plus coaching tomorrow night! Lots of lifting, throwing, and stretching bodies:-) Smooches everyone! And if I’m blessed with another day tomorrow . . . I’m gonna live it to the fullest, represent the One, and smile more than today! Smooches!
