Leg Workout
OKay, so today I did legs (at 8am) and I already feel it. I do legs twice a week. Med to Heavy one day . . . and then (today) circuit/lots ot reps . . . so here’s what I did:
Body Squats 30 reps
Abductor Machine 30 reps
Swiss Ball Booty Bridge 30reps
Walking Lunges 26reps
Horizontal Leg Press (variation) 30reps
REPEAT 4xs, then
Leg Extensions 30reps
Then I did an advanced step class! . . . So let’s see how I feel tomorrow (did I mention I had pasta today . . . bad girl:-)!
