Can’t wait to WORKOUT

Okay so the year started off kinda rough for me . . . the first two weeks were great, then I strained (or pulled) my left hamstring doing deadlifts on balance discs. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that kind of pain before. I mean it hurt, so i didn’t lift at all for about two weeks, it hurt to walk. I started training upper body, then when I felt like I could finally get back to it . . . and really push . . . I now have the FLU . . damn it! I mean I woke up from a nap this past Sunday (and I never nap) and my throat hurt, then my head, and before the night was over I could barely walk I hurt so bad. And crazy me, I still worked this week (I’m gonna learn one day) and now it’s Saturday and I feel horrible! But I have to suck it up, my SugarBear’s birthday party is tomorrow, he turns 7 years old! So I’m giving myself 3 hours this morning to get some things done, then I’m in the bed for the rest of the day . . . and when I do get rid of this blasted flu . . . you better watch out! I’m already working on my new workout plan and I want to see a HUGE difference in just two weeks! ARE YOU READY FOR ME? I AM! Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!     Happy Valentine’s Day to you too. Sounds like it’s been a rough year for you so far, but it sounds like you are VERY motivated to start making a difference when you are better! Stay motivated!
