Training Ideas
So I’m in the process of coming up with a new workout for myself and would like to try some new exercises and need your help!!!! I’ve heard and seen a Clean and Press, I’ve also heard of a Hang Clean (but don’t know what that is). Can anyone give me some ideas or variations of these exercises or maybe videos to look at . . . From what I’ve been told It pretty much works everything! Thanks guys! God Bless!

You wanna go for whatever generates the roundest fullest muscles possible. Ideally each muscle should look like a huge boob. Glutes should resemble basketballs, thighs giant footballs, calves bowling pins, biceps softballs, triceps horshoe balloons and so on and so forth.
Flatness is for failures.
