Reality Check!
So in the last couple of weeks I have finally decided to focus on me again. I haven’t been on bodyspace in a while (which is bad for me because all of you help keep me focused and committed), but I’m finally back now! I’ve had so much going on with my little one, relationships (don’t get me started), work, family . . . it’s like on crisis after another. But I am back to getting my butt in shape (literally:-)
So a dear friend of mine (Cathy I love you:-), gave me a Tanita scale today. It reads your BF and weight and helps you keep track. SSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO, before I left work today, I did an awesome cardio session. 5 mins on recumbent bike to warm-up, 15 mins on stepmill (level 9 and boy was I sweatin’), 15 mins on treadmill (3.6 pace incline between 10-15), 5 mins of bike to cool down. It was great! I really pushed myself . . . so much that I felt like I was gonna throw up . . . I was so excited!
Then I got home and got on the scale and had a reality check
I was so upset, but then I remembered how hard I worked and that I’m focused and my body is gonna be BANGIN BABY!
So I had my reality check, but I’m ready . . . so let’s do this!

You can do it!!!! This website is the best.. I have been so motivated that I just got back from a lunch workout… can’t say I have had too many of those in my life
