And unfortunately I was not successful. I am very torn up about it but I’ve had several hours to let and sink in and to think about what happens next. This is definitely a test of my inner strength. Most of you know, starting back in December it seemed as if I was taking one blow after another and I let it get to me. I am so thankful to have people in my life to encourage and constantly support me. And I have to say that a lot of this is because of Mdrane- he always finds a way to make me dig deep and find my determination- It seems like I am always calling him for advice and bless his heart, he’s ALWAYS there for me. So thanks buddy, it means the world.
I refuse to give up on my dreams. I have never dedicated myself to something so much as I do with school. This is what I am meant to do and I will do it. I just need to pick myself up and try again. So I’m going to take a day and let it sink in and no give into the depression and tempation of giving up on everything.
Thanks to everyone who has been behind me through this… I’ll get there, I promise!

Stay strong. You know that the folks here are pulling for you. I wrote a blog post recently using the quote from a sermon that I really like. It may not be your fault for being down, but it is your fault for not trying to get back up. We know you can doit.

Don’t give up hon!!!! *hugs* Definitely take a day, even the weekend to just let it sink it. Come Monday start again. Have you ever watched the movie "Meet The Robinsons"? Though animated it gives the most perfect message. Keep moving forward. Celebrate your failures because THAT’S where you learn something. And don’t let your depression tempt you to binge. It won’t make you feel any better.

Don’t you dare give up. Learn where you can improve and try again. Hang in there and take it again. One rarely learns what they are made of unless they are challenged.

Look’s like your fan club shares my thoughts. This isn’t a test of anything. Your strength is proven. This is just another chapter in your success story. You know…to make it a little jucier! LOL

I’m really sorry hun. *BIG HUGS*, glad you’re not giving up on your dream. Trust me, you have what it takes to pass that test. It’s just like with an injury when working out. It’s a setback, but you will come back stronger than before. Keep your head held high because we are all proud of you

Sorry to here that! Just use it as a learning tool. Just imagine how awesome you will be when you achieve your dream! Let me tell you a little about myself. At the age of 38 I needed a career change. So I decided to try for the fire department. Well, I failed, then failed again and again. At the age of 42 I made it. I am now living a dream. But with each failed attempt I learned just a little bit more until it became enough. Once in the recruit class a young fellow came up to me and said try to keep up with us grandpa. Well let me tell you, I not only kept up I kicked his butt and placed top 5 of 30. I have been told to get a tattoo saying determination. So keep your head up Sunshine and put one foot in front of the other.

Thank you everyone for the encouraging words and constant support! I appreciate it so much! I just need to focus on how I am going to get it done and not why I couldn’t do it the first time! Thank you again!

Hi FitMeg08 - thank you for leaving that comment to me. I really appreciate it…you’re the first person to take time to leave me something so thank you very much. I just read your entry from yesterday and I’m not sure what is going on in your life but just smile and remember your ultimate goal, whatever it may be
Good Luck!
