Just do it!
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sail. Explore. Dream. Discover” -Mark Twain
Ahhh I love the quote. It’s so true- only because I look back to 5 years ago… 3 years ago… even 2 years ago. And all I can think of the goals that I wanted to accomplish- many of those goals are still lingering over my head today. Do I want to wake up a years from now and regret not doing the work? Just do the work… give your body a chance to amaze you. You’ll probably be very surprised at what you’re able to accomplish. No more excuses: I’m sick, I am weak, I am too over weight, I don’t like protein, I don’t have time, I am too tired… Eventually, you’ll run out of excuses and you’ll wonder: “Where would I be now if I would have just done the work then?”. Only you can make this change and don’t expect it to happen over night. It’s a loooooonnnnnggg process.
I am no where near where I want to be in my progress. But I am proud when I look back at my progress pictures and see how far I have come. With the support and motivation from others, I know I’ll get there soon enough!
