3-5-10
Decided that today would be my rest day since I didnt sleep all night last night and I had to work. Haven't had a rest day in 3 or 4 days now, so it is about time. Anyway, I will be up all night most likely, and Will get my workout in Saturday afternoon. Looking forward to it. I always have a ton of energy on the day following a rest day. The eating has been going very well, my focus is still on getting all of my vegetables and water as well as eating ONLY REAL foods. No food-like substances, no processed and artificial crap and I am holding true to this for good. I will be weighing in though and still am keeping my eyes on the prize....the prize being a scale read-out of 115 pounds and a body fat percentage of 14% within a month. I'm ready to crank up the intensity of my workout tomorrow. Since I did a 3-day split this past week, I will be doing a full body workout tomorrow. I don't get as sore doing a full-body workout, but I would like to focus on the cardio effect and really get my heart rate up with no breaks. I'm ready to take my bike sprints up a notch, I will be doing 10 minutes between sets and really pushing the intensity with a goal of a HR above 160. My MRI should be on the 9th of this month and I'm hoping to know a little more about the condition of my shins. Im still praying for healing, as I have been resting them since December 1st. I'm ready to do something a little more intense...even using the elliptical or the stepmill is going to be exciting!!! Really looking forward to doing box jumps, burpees, and other fun things. What a fun process this is, Im enjoying every minute of it, challenging myself more every day, and staying totally focused.
