I’m almost at the end of my nine week point… I am feeling alright. Tired of dieting. It’s never been a strong point of mine. We just changed up the meal plan. NO CARBS at all for a bit, we’ll see how I do. I can tell you that I have been tired a good part of the week. I think it was just an adjustment period though, I’m feeling much better today.

Training is going well, I am still lifting 5 days a week cardio on all 7 days. Body composition seems to be going in the right directions, so we are happy with that.

Sorry not much else to blog about really, I’ll just keep working and hope for the changes to happen in time :)

10 weeks

I have no idea what happens to the time. Every week, I feel like is just flying by me now.

Not much to blog about really. I can feel that I am gaining muscle and losing some body fat, I will be hydro statically weighed next week. The scale isn’t showing me much so at least that way I’ll know the compositional changes…

Not long ’til the show, Scary kinda :/

11 weeks as of this past saturday and I am wishing I had started my diet back in January…
Feeling behind, according to others I am on track, so I’ll keep doin’ work :)

Looking for a song and routine choreography this week, start posing and routine practice in 2 weeks… (ah!)

My First Blog :)

Got my site going! Thats a start I guess.
I am 12 wks from my show. Dieting with NO carbs! And training hard. My training is going very slowly… I want to see results faster. Its funny because I tell all of my clients day after day that they are making changes that they aren’t able to see immediately and that they are compositionally changing their body with every good workout and good day of dieting. Why is it that when I tell myself those things I don’t believe it for a second. We are our own worst critics I guess.
I have a hard path ahead of me, being that this will be my first show and also that I have started from a pretty overweight physique. I do however have a FABULOUS trainer and plenty of support from friends. I am excited to get these next couple of months out of the way and put this competition under my belt :)
