My First Blog :)
Got my site going! Thats a start I guess.
I am 12 wks from my show. Dieting with NO carbs! And training hard. My training is going very slowly… I want to see results faster. Its funny because I tell all of my clients day after day that they are making changes that they aren’t able to see immediately and that they are compositionally changing their body with every good workout and good day of dieting. Why is it that when I tell myself those things I don’t believe it for a second. We are our own worst critics I guess.
I have a hard path ahead of me, being that this will be my first show and also that I have started from a pretty overweight physique. I do however have a FABULOUS trainer and plenty of support from friends. I am excited to get these next couple of months out of the way and put this competition under my belt
