Back/Chest/Shoulders- Hypertrophy
Summary
My strength is still on the rise. I again increased weight on every exercise this morning. Rep count remained the same as did my form, and the contraction of each rep. Nothing was sacrificed for the extra weight. I was on such a HIGH this morning it was incredible.
As I was walking from back to start my chest I was thinking man, my back is blown up. Then as I was walking over to start bashing my delts I was thinking, my chest is about to pop.
However, best part of the day was SHOULDERS, I completely blasted them. I took a page from Bill Finkbiners book on shoulders, and damn!!!! Is just about all I can say.
I’ll be looking for an up date from either Bill or Ben and their gym thundering leg workout, THEN use that for inspiration as I was be crushing mine tomorrow…..

Incline DB Press: 3 sets
Incline Machine Press: 3 sets
Pec-Deck Flyes: 2 sets
Shoulders
Seated Press: 3 sets
Cable Laterals: 3 sets
DB Laterals: 2 sets 12 x 10, 10 x 10, 8 x 10, 5 x 10, 3 x 10….( I took a page from Bill Finkbiners shoulder workout here ).
Rear Delt Machine: 2 sets
