First posted workout!
Monday, March 10th, 2008This is the first workout that I’m posing on my profile, since it’s hard to get feedback/advice if no one knows what you’ve been up to. I posted the weights in the workout tracker, but as far as cardio goes, I did 30mins of treadmill walking after my weights (10min:3.5mph 6%incline, 10min:3.2mph 10%incline, 10min:2.8mph 15% incline, 5min:cooldown). I really wanna bring out my calves, so I thought this would be a good way to get my cardio in and give them a good workout!
