Suggestions on a transformation challenge? PLEASE RESPOND! :)
Okay, I am over the "Biggest Loser" contest at my work and as many of you know I did not win the contest.
I believe I made the greatest transformation of all the competitors since I not only lost the most amount of wieght, but also gained plently of lean body mass also. (Take a look at the progress pics ).
As many of you know my ultimate goal is to compete next year in Bill Grant’s Bodybuilding and Figure Classic. So what was accomplished over the past 16 weeks has taken me to a new level in my fitness and now I am looking for a challenge to bring me to the next phase in my transformation.
What I am would like to know is what would be a good transformation challenge to enter? My goal is to lose bodyfat and to also gain lean body mass. I hope this does not come back to bite me in the _SS but I am no fan of MuscleTech suppliments.(so that challenge is out of the question).
With that being said, I would like to know of other 8-16 week tranformation contests out there as I am going to enter one within the next 2 weeks.
Thoughts and suggestions are would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Thanks in advance!

cardio does the trick. first run in a steady pace for twenty minutes and allow a five minute cool down of just walking and then lift weights and after allow a five minute cool down of streaching and then run for another 30 minutes. you will loose weight and get muscle too. you will get skinny buff!

The only 12 week transormation I actually know of is the Body For Life challenge which many of the people on this site are taking part of. It focuses on "overall" transformation and not just total weight loss, which is what you’re ultimately looking for because it promotes increasing lean body mass and decreasing bodyfat. You might want to check it out and see if it’s something you want to do. I know the website is bodyforlife.com

MHP has a transformation challenge. You can find information on www.musculardevelopment.com. I don’t know any of the details, but I do like the products of theirs that I have used.
Sorry to hear about the contest. I think you did an excellent job anyway.

so I have to ask, what are you looking for in a contest/challenge? Most of them are weight loss challenges (in one form or another), but other challenges could be something athletically based (like a 1/2 marathon) that you take up and compete against yourself.
