V diet - Body Comp Results - Day 6

Ok.  Got my results : Let me list them and then I will talk a little about how I am feeling about the results ;)

Day 6

Body Comp:
Weight: 139.5 lbs (Down 10.5 lbs)
Lean Tissue: 115.7 lbs (Down 5.9 lbs)
Fat: 23.9 lbs (Down 4.5 lbs)
Body Fat %: 17.12% (Down 1.81%)

Caliper Measurements:

Tri: 12 (down .5)
Sub: 12.5 (down 2.0)
Ab: 15 (down 3.0)
Ill: 7.7 (down 2.3)
Thigh: 15.8 (down 1.2)

Tape Measurement:

Chest: 38 3/4"  (down 2.25")
Waist: 28 3/4" (down 2.0")
Hips: 38" (down 1.5")
Thigh: 22" (down 3/4")
Arm: 11 1/8" (down 1/4")
Calf: 13 1/4" (down 1/2")
