Need a kick in the rear… S L U M P!

Hi Everyone!

Ok so feel like it has been forever since I wrote in my blog so I will try and just highlight the big issues.

Took a trip to Cali this last weekend and it was great!  Stayed near Venice Beach and so got to train @ Gold’s Venice and that was just awesome!  Saw Bob Chickorillo (sp?), Victor Martinez, Kai Green etc etc etc.  So inspiring to workout in a room full of awesome bodies!!!

Travel was a little hard on the diet.  Everything had to be so portable and that meant a lot of jerky and protein powder.  Got really old after a few days and so ended up falling off the wagon really hard!  CARBS! CARBS & MORE CARBS.

Problem is I just feel so blah… maybe my diet has been just too long.  Started out at 18 weeks and it just feels like forever and i am ALWAYS hungry.  Tensions are high with me and my husband since he is my trainer and nutritionist.  Hard to watch the family eat shit all day and night and feel like a spoonful of peanut butter is pushing it.  But… guess that is one of the tests.

Think I might try and switch up gym environments for this last 5 weeks.  I own a studio and it is just really hard to break away from the obligations of clients and office work when I train.  BUT I HAVE TO>>>>

Sat is another body comp and I worry that it will not go well.  This on top of not feeling like posing is working out at all is really bothersome.

Ok, sounds like a bitch session.  Honestly I just need to get my ass in gear and just get up and running again.
