I decided to up the intensity of my workouts by increasing rep range and lower the weight by about 15%. I have been getting tired lifting but haven’t felt that intense burn lately. Don’t get me wrong. I am still getting some work done but I have been craving that feeling of burning like your muscle is going to explode.
Reps increased to 15 from 8. Result: Fantastic burn, total exhaustion. Been missing that.
I have back day today and I am excited to see how it goes with the hooker straps.
Ate some serious BBQ this weekend and had a few too many drinks last night. Did get some good sleep so we will see how it goes.
Hope everyone is doing well.

Started by taking controlled labs stack. Green Mag, White Flood, Purple Wraath. Usually amped up when I pull in. Today sat in my car for 15 minutes. Had legs coming up and I am usually stoked. Even with it being legs.
Had no drive. Forced myself to workout. First set, Niacin Flush and itching like a bastard! Wow, what a great supplement stack. Had to go way light to keep form semi solid and keep from blowing a disc out in my back. Squats…….Eff it. Hack Squats…….Eff it. Wasn’t feeling either. Decided something is better than nothing. Did leg extensions all sets / reps. Lighter weight. Leg extension/curls were good. Still lighter weights. Was progressing every trip back to the gym but today. Ab workout was solid ……. not a complete waste driving up there.
At home now and still irritated as hell……..Melatonin on board and going to sleep early. Maybe tomorrow will be better. *If I am not up all night on the crapper! OMFG tomorrow better be better!!!
I hope you are all doing better than myself today.

Really really ripped it up tonight. Ditched the behind the back cable shrugs. Didn’t get anything but bad joint instability twinge. No burn…….no tiredness. Scrapped this exercise for good. Not ashamed of it either. Added 4 sets of cable upright rows…..!!! Hellz yeah!!! Felt great. Added DB shrugs……OH YES………!!! Burn was redonkalous!!! Continue to break old records in every exercise.
I am far from plateu still. Feeling so friggin good. Weight is up around 4 pounds and I am saying it’s water weight from creatine. Using Hypershock, Kre-Allyn, Alive MVI, Optimum Whey, and Muscle Milk for a treat. Ate 80% clean…..need more sleep and abou to turn it in for the night.
Joined a new body group called "Team Pain". I think the concept is brilliant in everyone being accountable for everone reaching their goals. It is sometimes easy to "let yourself down" but to come back and write about it and have 400 people who want you to succeed read about it….. I think it will keep me from Tapping Out when I really wanted to.
We shall see……
Got some test packs of Controlled Labs Green Mag, White Flood, Purple Wraath as well as some hooker straps and fat calipers on the way. I am serious but I am about to get obcessed homies. Holla if ya hear me!!!
Thx for reading.
Stay Strong!!!

Just back from my best workout in 3 years! I have started feeling more energy after training again but sometimes I get in there and have to talk myself into really pushing. This one was on auto pilot!!! You know when you feel a damn good one coming on? Yes…..Like that. I felt it when I pulled into the parking lot.
I have shattered every weight on every exercise this week with exception to the tri kickbacks and skulls….Wanted to keep my form tight so I left them as is. These were done after roasting my tris on the other exercises. I love the overhead rope extensions with my elbows on a bench to keep them from wandering in a cheat. Great isolation and though I haven’t seen a video I think my form was better than average.
I got my 5 workouts in this week as well as last. I am in the Effin zone baby dolls and gents…..!!! I can’t tell you how good I feel right now. Got home and munched on a small steak I had left over….Very juicy, very tender….lil cayanne pepper on that joker. Banana cream muscle milk to was it down with a glutamine chaser.
I want to thank everyone for the kick ass comments and friend ads. They encourage me more than you know. I hope everyone is doing as well in their training.
Stop by and drop me a line if ya can dig it!!!

If you look at my exercise log it will show I did cable rows 3 times. One was real, the other was a machine row….similar but chest supported. I feel like the exercises that support my chest let me focus on moving weight and concentrating squeeze in right spot. The T Bar was located but it is another without chest support. Don’t know how much it weighs itself but wasn’t impressed with how sloppy my back felt even though I was concentrating. Low back burn…..stop the press!!! Did hammer strength high rows in it’s place.
Treated myself to some excellent Thai food tonight. Massoman curry dish…….chicken, carrots, potatoes, curry curry curry!!! Some rice and tea……that is a treat mah friends. Don’t get it that much so I do enjoy it mucho mucho.
Gonna need some advil after this one. Ate pretty well today.
Hope errbody in the gym gettin ripped up!!!
Thx for reading.
Thanks for all who added me to their homies list. I enjoy the comments. So many sweet beautiful ladies round here. The guys are very helpful as well. Thanks so much for being down to earth everyone.

Will cut to the chase…….good day at work…..got some sci fit creatine for the days I get off too late to train. I don’t like missing a day and my hypershock will have me awake all night if I take it late. We shall see how it goes.
Got to the gym pretty early, great music mix. Started torching my chest on incline bench DB presses. Little change from last week but eager. Then came flat bench…..then flies……….Had to skip decline BB to avoid dropping it. Hit the hammer strength machine decline to keep it safe. Got some BS burning in my post delt. Mainly on right which is the step child shoulder for me. Didn’t risk it (keep in mind, this shoulder put me out for 6 months last time and is the reason I am just getting back into it again) Some might say, suck it up ya big poon. This is something I CAN NOT mess with. Finally back on the right path and need to keep it that way.
Did some light weight cable crossovers at the end and was doing some sets of up to 40 reps at the end for maximum burnout/pump.
My calves finally chilled today. Could hardly walk yesterday and took the day off as a result.
I updated my progress pics so take a peek and lemme know what you think. The encouraging words are fantastic to me so feel free!!!
Thanks for reading and I wish nothing but the best for each of you!
