Starting a blog today. I hate to start on a negative note however over the past two weeks I have been having trouble with motivation. I had a good workout partner however he has lost his motivation and started missing workouts after ten months. I try to keep motivated with my profile trying to improve my stats and keep gaining toward my goals, however I have found it is easyer to put workouts off when you are working out alone. I would apreachate any tips or things that work for other to keep motivated.
