Alright, getting started!
January 12, 2007Ok folks, I am getting started in my quest to drop the weight and gain some muscle. I’m not going to lie, I get really lazy sometimes.
I don’t know which suppliments if any to take. I want to take an energy pill, ie. Hydroxycut or Instone Leanfire, but I have no clue which one to take. I don’t want one with caffeine, i hear its bad for your heart and I have a family history of heart disease.
I have some old GNC protein. So i am good their.
What about NO Explode?
Oh well thanks and if anyone can help answer me about my suppliments, feel free i need help
